18u Red Takes 2nd Place in Diamond Sports National Championship

The St Louis Redbirds high school teams hits the road this past weekend and traveled to Chicago, IL to play in the Diamond Sports Promotions National Championship. The 18u Red ball club played great all weekend and took 2nd place in the event. As the 6 seed after pool play they defeated the Northern Knights (3 seed) & Bandits Elite (2 seed) before falling in the Championship game to the Illinois Hawks. Playing 7 games in 3 days was a grind and we couldn't be prouder of the way the team competed all weekend!
