Owner & President
Owner and operator of 314 Sports Management. E.J. has been the President of the Redbirds since 2010. As a Redbird player from 1996-2002 E.J. is one of the most decorated players in Redbirds history, a 2006 Hall of Fame Inductee. Since taking over the Redbirds in 2010 the program has reached new heights in team and player success with over 120 players advancing to college & professional baseball since 2010.
Aaron Basler
Vice President
General Manager of 314 Sports Management and member of the Redbirds staff since 2012, Aaron a Ste. Genevieve, MO native played his collegiate baseball at Missouri Baptist University. Coaching at the college level before joining the Redbirds, Basler brings a wealth of knowledge to the organization as a whole running the High School programs day to day operations.
Jake Wesley
Jake serves as the head of operations and director of the Redbirds High School program. Coach Welsey works with players throughout the season on fundamental training and specializes in player recruitment and placement at the Collegiate level. Currently Jake serves as baseball and soccer coach at Cape Norte Dame High School.

Jarod Basta
14u-13u General Manager & Instructor
Coach Basta has been with the Redbirds for 3 seasons and specializes in training for our middle school players. Serving as the General Manager for the 14u & 13u teams Jarod works with coaches on developing schedules, training, and overall development for players.
Eric Moser
Eric has been a Redbird since 2008 as a youth player then four year high school player. Following his playing days he attended and graduated from Norte Dame University. Currently Coach Moser coaches and trains players of all levels. Serving as a field manager for 12u & 16u Redbird Teams.
12u-11u General Manager & Instructor
Jacob Abraham
10u-9u General Manager & Instructor
Jacob has been a baseball instructor for 10 years. Along with training Jacob has been a coach with the St Louis Redbirds for 8 seasons. While with 314 Training Academy he has worked with numerous high school players who have advanced on to play at the collegiate level.
Jeramy Allerdissen
Youth Coordinator & Lead Instructor
Jeramy has been with the Redbirds baseball program since 2008 serving many different roles throughout the organization. Currently Jeramy is the youth development coordinator for the St Louis Nike Redbirds baseball organization along with being the lead instructor at 314 Training Academy.
Matt Mokriakow
Youth Coordinator & Instructor
Matt Mokriakow has been with the Redbirds organization since 2016 and has coached High School and Youth teams in his time with the Redbirds. Along with being a Redbirds coach Matt is involved in the programming for the training of youth players within the Redbirds program.
