9u Redbirds Take Down GMB Tourney Going 5-0
St Louis Redbirds 9u had a weekend to remember this past weekend. 9u went an impressive 3-0 in pool play while outscoring their opponents a combined 40-0 in the pool play bracket!
The impressive streak didn't stop there as 9u went on to play the Memphis Tigers in their first bracket game after capturing the 1 seed, and took out the powerhouse of a program 11-6 moving them into the Championship Game of the GMB Memorial Day Classic.
In the Championship Game, Redbirds 9u squared off against the Arch City Sharks and after a back and forth battle, 9u Redbirds came out victorious in the 9-7 ballgame.
